Refund & Returns Policy

Refunds on Power of Ten Materials

Customers may request a refund for Power of Ten cards, kits, and non-downloadable manuals within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are provided less a 20% administrative fee, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Workshop Cancellation

Workshops or attendance at a Power of Ten conference may be cancelled if notice is received at least 60 days in advance. If cancelled in less than 60 days, expenses that have already been paid by Power of Ten Educational Consulting Ltd. will need to be fully or partially paid.
